Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. Management experience is a plus.
Duties:
Analyze clients’ insurance needs and suggest suitable policies Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and coverage options
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related field Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus Ability to conduct outside sales activities effectively Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
