Associate Wealth Advisor – Kraft Asset Management, LLC Kraft Asset Management, LLC (KAM) is an established and growing independent Registered Investment Advisory firm focused on financial planning and discretionary asset management for high-net worth individuals and business owners and fiduciary advisory services for employer retirement plans. This is a valued professional position working closely with an accomplished Wealth Advisor. Responsibilities Participate alongside Wealth Advisor (WA) in meetings with prospects, new and existing clients Assist WA with meeting preparation and materials, meeting notes, facilitate follow-up tasks Create financial plans, develop recommendations, design investment strategies and Investment Policy Statements in collaboration with WA Place trades to implement the investment strategy, monitor and rebalance portfolios, tax loss harvest, manage cash flows to meet withdrawal needs, RMD’s, and client requests Proactively service clients, respond to client requests/questions Develop strong relationships and rapport with clients Work in tandem with accounting and legal professionals as appropriate Assist WA in providing ERISA 3(21) fiduciary advisory services to employer retirement plans and participants Assist in developing and refining processes and systems in collaboration with team members Assist with special projects as required, including marketing initiatives, client seminars, and other firm events Involvement in professional organizations and participation in community service events Requirements B.S. Degree is preferred but not required 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry Series 65 license or attainment within 90 days CFP® designation or progress towards the CFP® preferred Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a desire to strengthen alliance partnerships to facilitate this work Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills Adaptable, friendly, and possess a team-oriented spirit Experience working with MoneyGuide, Redtail, Orion, Fidelity and Charles Schwab Institutional Custodian platforms are a plus
