We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Client Advisor for our Client Service Team based out of our Nashville, TN office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts, bringing the entire team together to formulate procedures and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain a near-complete understanding of clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice and solutions.
Utilize expert risk knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace to review clients’ exposures and loss experiences, recommending additional products and services as needed.
Develop, present, and oversee the execution of renewal and placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives across all zones.
Present to prospective clients, identify the need for new products, and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.
What you need to have:
Strong skills using MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other digital applications.
Some knowledge of commercial property/casualty insurance programs and the underwriting process.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills within a digital environment.
Competent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and work independently as well as part of a team.
