The candidate should be based on the East Coast, ideally in Nashville, TN, Raleigh, NC, or Boston, MA. The Consultant is responsible for managing and optimizing financial flows related to the circularity highway project, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations to achieve the deliverables defined at the beginning of the project on time and within project cost and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial flow strategies to support circularity pilots, in close collaboration with the factory finance controller and relevant departments. Oversee financial flows within plants, ensuring efficient inventory depreciation and transformation of goods to new references, while accounting for changes in values. Coordinate financial transactions between multiple factories and external service providers, ensuring smooth operational processes and compliance with financial regulations. Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to optimize cost efficiency and sustainability efforts. Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools related to circularity, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial processes. What we expect from you

Qualifications:

Proven experience in industrial finance, particularly within circularity or sustainability-focused projects, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to assess complex financial data and drive decision-making. Ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to frequently changing priorities in a dynamic work environment. Solid understanding of financial reporting and controlling in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results in a timely and efficient manner. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
