GENERAL FUNCTION
Serves as a bankingspecialist for client relationships typically with more than$500,000 in investable assets. Provides deposit and lendingexpertise while collaborating with a customized team of experts toconsistently deliver advice-based solutions that simplify financialcomplexity to achieve the clientÆs goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospects for clients by sourcing and building own pipeline ofclients/opportunities.
- Earns referrals from clients and internal business partners andCenter of Influence (COI).
- Partners with the WMA, internal business partners and Centers ofInfluence in the sales process to maximize new businessopportunities.
- Participates in the Life360 Process to identify cross-sellingopportunities and to deliver appropriate products andservices.
- Demonstrates highly developed sales, client contact andrelationship management skills including development of targetedbusiness plans.
- Identifies referral opportunities across all service linesincluding IM&T, Brokerage, Insurance, Wealth Planning, andEquity Risk Management while collaborating with the WealthManagement Advisor.
- Demonstrates highly developed sales client contact andrelationship management skills including development of targetedbusiness plans and achieves targeted annual sales goal of $25,000 -$50,000 and annual revenue of $500,000 – $1,000,000.
- Utilizes CRM to appropriately track prospects toclose.
- Collaborates with WMA and other specialists to ensure the PrivateBank client experience is delivered.
- Delivers banking solutions based on the value ladder and theFifth Third Private Bank story following our Life360Process.
- Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on clientbanking needs and segmentation.
- Collaborates with WMA to deliver advanced planningtechniques.
- Takes ownership for resolving clientÆs bankingissues.
- Provides client with current industry trends and commands athorough knowledge of banking products andsolutions.
- Challenges and collaborates with the client to articulate andachieve their goals.
- Manages overall balance sheet, including both deposit and lendingto increase profitability and enhance the clientrelationship.
- Ensures prospect/client information is appropriately entered,updated, and managed in CRM.
- Utilizes lending and credit expertise to deliver credit solutionsbest suited to meet the client objectives.
- Proactively maintains asset quality of loan portfolio throughmanaging loan renewals, monitoring financial statements andmaintaining current loan ratings.
- Minimizes loan losses through proactive action on criticizedassets and early identification of declining creditquality
