WEEKLY PAY Duration:
Contract Duties:
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls for school clients’ offices.
Support other company areas as needed and adhere to assigned standards.
Work independently on tasks such as manual calls and completing returns.
Uphold professional dress and behavior standards.
Keep a positive attitude, even under stress.
Represent the company positively and professionally, both inside and outside the corporate environment.
Collaborate and communicate effectively within a team setting.
Enter data into required systems quickly and accurately.
Requirements:
1-2 years of call center / account management experience
Computer Savvy
No lengthy time off needs between 5/16-6/10 OR in July-August
Must be able to pass a background check
