What you’ll do: Maintain a strong presence within your seven-branch network to build trusted relationships and credibility Lead client meetings to review portfolios, recommend strategies, and deepen wallet share Partner with licensed bankers to drive client engagement and deliver holistic financial solutions
Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor licensed branch employees to grow the referral pipeline Plan and conduct group and individual coaching sessions to enhance investment awareness Conduct internal and external seminars to foster business development and growth Prioritize client needs and introduce cross-functional services (lending, estate planning, deposits, etc.) Deliver a positive, consistent, and comprehensive client experience across all touchpoints Execute proactive post-appointment follow-up to maintain strong relationships and generate referrals What you’ll need: Brokerage industry experience in an advisory role Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses, plus required state insurance licenses Proven success building strong internal partnerships and external client relationships Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and deliver them in an approachable way Highly developed knowledge of investments, wealth management, and financial planning solutions Strong leadership, sales, and presentation skills with a focus on service excellence This is your chance to become the go-to Financial Advisor for the entire Knoxville market
