Client Services Associate to Financial Advisors Flood Financial Services South Burlington, VT 05403 Financial advising firm seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with daily administrative duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (required) FINRA Series 6 or 7 or willing to obtain upon hire (required) Vermont Life & Variable Annuities Insurance License or willing to obtain upon hire (required) Customer Service experience (required) Financial services experience (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Attention to detail Positive and professional demeanor Motivated, takes initiative, problem solver Desire to build meaningful relationships with our clients

Responsibilities:

Client support Pre-appointment preparation for all Financial Advisors Post-appointment follow up/processing for all Financial Advisors Process client paperwork Data entry into financial planning software Life insurance application and claims processing Assist with special projects Additional responsibilities will be assigned This position does require background check and fingerprinting upon hiring. Competitive salary based on experience.

Schedule:

8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, half hour lunch 12-12:30 Work location: In person
