$98.7K – $131K a year 16 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Economics Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook CPA Microsoft Office Finance Bachelor’s degree Senior level Communication skills Full Job Description The Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for assisting in the determination of revised or new intercompany transfer prices, quarterly testing of arm’s length pricing, and the preparation of the Company’s intercompany transfer pricing documentation studies to comply with U.S., OECD and foreign income tax laws. The role will also assist with audit defense of both U.S. and foreign transfer pricing audits, as needed. This position will report directly to the Vice President & Global Head of Tax . Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Maintain required level of technical knowledge of IRC 482 regulations and OECD guidelines Manage application of transfer pricing policies; adjust and develop policies when needed; provide technical advice to business areas with respect to transfer pricing Prepare and oversee the preparation of key parts of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation, including the gathering and compilation of tested party data, preparation benchmarking analyses, conduct functional interviews and analyses and review reports, as needed Preparation of transfer pricing reports to support the Company’s transfer pricing positions taken on its U.S., state, and foreign income tax returns Assist in the defense of U.S. and foreign transfer pricing audits, including the preparation of proposed responses and supporting documentation to such inquiries and audits Coordinate the preparation of appropriate intercompany agreements to charge out costs across the world, as required Keep abreast of new business activities and address resulting opportunities Coordinate with outside transfer pricing advisors and counsel as needed Address transfer pricing implications of acquisitions or dispositions Assist and/or lead other special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting. Advanced degree and/or CPA strongly preferred 5-8 years of relevant transfer pricing experience with a U.S. based multinational corporation preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel software a must Ability to multi-task and handle several priorities simultaneously Articulate responsibilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to process information that may be voluminous and complex, and to summarize it accurately in reports and memoranda. Ability to self-audit work product for reasonableness before submission to ensure accuracy Self-starter, able to execute well to completion with minimal direction Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized Ability to work with team members in a global environment
