Overview
This position will be charged with providing value-added analytical support to SGWS management and key strategic partners. This person works across themercial facing arms of multiple departments analyzing large amounts of syndicated, depletion, pricing, and consumer data to deliver key insights and support
Primary Responsibilities
Leverages several data sources including internal and external sales, depletion, consumer, and pricing data to deliver value-added insights
Customizes business, innovation, pricing, brand, and industry reviews.
Develops and maintains reporting and analytics to be leveraged throughout themercialanization
Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recognize and anticipate issues and opportunities by elevating analyses beyond reporting and translate insight into action
Effectivelymunicate the insights and rmendations developed to senior-level audiences, both at SGWS and supplier partners
Work effectively with other department resources to establish, lead and maintain streamlining of reporting cadences in support ofpany operational efficiency efforts
Assist in the identification, development, and deployment of analytical support
Assist in managing Corporate Commercial Analytics tools that may include scan, consumer, and pricing tools and data
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree plus five years of experience; or an equivalentbination of education and experience
3+ years in Category Management, Analytics, or sales or buying in Beverage Alcohol
Strong cross-functional team leadership, business analysis capabilities, presenting, andmunication skills
Comfortable pulling syndicated data, category management, and sales processes
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Nielsen Nitro, Tableau, SalesNav, and Compass
Extremely strongmunicator
Strong planninganizing skills; the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Physical Demands
Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using aputer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
