Job Description Summary This role would assist the Line of Business leaders and outside sales teams in the administration and maintenance of HVAC equipment pricing for customers.

Essential Job Responsibilities Pricing Support:

Assist with and implement daily pricing requests. Work with manufacturers regarding competitive pricing situations Work with the HVAC Lone of Business Leaders to develop market strategy Advise sales team in accordance with established pricing policies and strategies to maintain or improve competitive position and profitability. Work with pricing team and cross functional teams to recommend pricing to capture and grow business with new and existing customers. Execute data analysis using Excel and other database tools. Drive incremental profit through product, customer, or regional pricing actions.

Pricing and Analysis:

Perform detailed competitive analysis. Track and measure category performance (sales, margin, etc).

Tactical Pricing Administration:

 Evaluate exception pricing requests to assess profitability. And here is what you will need to be successful: Skills Analytical and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Advanced Skill level in Excel and SQL Experience in wholesale distribution pricing at a tactical level (Preferred) Understanding of business intelligence reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently

Business Acumen:

Understands business implications of decisions. Displays orientation to profitability and aligns work with strategic goals. Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition Proficient speaking, reading, and understanding English to ensure full compliance with safety standards, training, policies, and procedures.
