Position Objective:
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the Director of Business Analytics and the Corporate Accounts Team through constructing and maintaining records and pricing models for Harvard’s corporate accounts. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will assist with requests for proposal, coordinate with the Sales team and Operations teams on national sales opportunities, receive andpile pricing for large multilocation proposals, and assist sales and operations managers with unfamiliar and/orplex pricing spreadsheets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting Harvard’s Corporate Accounts Team by accepting account change requests, calculating new pricing based on relevant data, and coordinating with the Corporate Accounts Team to assist in resolving customer queries.
Analyzes pricing requirements for large, national facilities service bids
Plans and constructs Excel spreadsheet pricing models for costponents of service delivery
Assists members of the sales team with pricing spreadsheets
Assists senior executives in review of bid pricing
Any other task or duty as assigned or required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Strong advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Data Analysis functions (e.g., COUNTIF, SUMIF, XLOOKUP)
Pivot tables
Problem solving and the ability to find creative solutions to minimize ETAs on projects
Robust math skills (up to algebra and basic geometry level)
Time management and the ability to work with and meet multiple deadlines
Attention to detail- Individual must be extremely analytical
Capability to work with team members who are in remote locations
Talent to clearlymunicate project requirements both verbally and in writing
