This position is integral to ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and objectives, requiring collaboration across various departments and a strong understanding of financial modeling and pricing strategies. Responsibilities Analyze sales, revenue, and profitability metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Optimize revenue through promotional strategies, bundling, discounts, or dynamic pricing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with marketing and sales initiatives Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics. Develop pricing models based on customer segmentation, product value, and competitive analysis. Monitor and adjust pricing structures to respond to market changes or business objectives. Research and monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand. Provide insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of pricing strategies. Generate reports and dashboards to visualize pricing and revenue data. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with sales teams to model, analyze, and structure pricing terms for potential clients. Review and analyze the financial impact of deal terms, pricing terms, and discount structures. Work closely with sales, finance, product, and other teams to ensure deals comply with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure the Deal Desk Team is aligned on the latest revenue and profitability goals. Ensure that all deals are documented and tracked for compliance and reporting. Build ad-hoc models and analyses as needed to support business leaders with investment decisions. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, Marketing or a related field required 3+ years of relevant work experience in Revenue Management or a similar analytical role required Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of revenue management mathematical and statistical concepts, theories, principles and practices to collect and analyze data and construct solutions to business problems Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, including experience with statistical models and forecasting. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Experience with pricing tools, Excel, and data analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
