About the Role A fast-growing, AI cost-reduction platform is seeking an experiencedleader to manage strategic pricing negotiations and manage client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who has experience dealing with rate reviews, pricing models and optimization. You’ll be the driving force behind rate reviews, negotiations, and pricing structures , working to identify cost reduction opportunities, optimize processing, and lead advisory of clients. If you’ve negotiated with processors, audited statements, and worked on pricing structures or rate reviews, this is your chance to use that knowledge in a powerful new way. Your Core Responsibilities Strategic Negotiations & Pricing Intelligence Serve as a confidential liaison to cost-reduction clients, identifying negotiation pathways and pricing improvements. Advise on rate audits, interchange structures, and custom pricing models tailored to each client. Spearhead complex negotiations with ISOs, agents, processors, and acquiring banks, on behalf of clients, privately and effectively. Collaborate with internal analytics teams to structure and validate savings opportunities. Participate in client strategy meetings with the executive teams to shape pricing narratives and win negotiations. Work with our audit team to follow up with processors on billing errors, pricing discrepancies and help clients recover funds. Client & Client Relationship Management Own the communication between our clients and ISOs, agents, and processors. Understand ISO deal structures, margin splits, and internal costs to craft leverage-based negotiation strategies. What You Bring Deep knowledge of the credit card processing industry, interchange, and pricing models from hands-on experience. Confidence operating rate review negotiations with acquirers, ISOs, Agents, and ISVs through the voice of our clients. Experience reviewing processor statements, fee categories, and downgrade scenarios. Experience working with processors, ISOs, and agents.
