$96.7K – $159K a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Pricing 7 years Master’s degree Bachelor’s degree HVAC Training & development Senior level Master of Business Administration Leadership Communication skills Time management Full Job Description The Training Manager for the Pricing team within the Air Conditioning Division will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs aimed at addressing information gaps and reinforcing guidelines for approving pricing requests. This role will involve training internal sales teams and distributors to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle pricing requests effectively. This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in either Atlanta, GA or Fort Smith, AR. This is a hybrid position, and must reside near a Rheem office location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create comprehensive training materials and programs that address information gaps and reinforce guidelines for approving pricing requests. Conduct training sessions for internal sales teams and distributors, both in-person and virtually, to ensure they understand and adhere to pricing guidelines. Collaborate with the Pricing team to identify areas where training is needed and develop targeted programs to address these needs. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. Offer ongoing support and guidance to sales teams and distributors, answering questions and providing clarification on pricing guidelines. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the Pricing team and other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with company policies and objectives. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. 7+ years of experience within pricing Experience with training/leading pricing teams; experience with learning and development within a business setting. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs. Knowledge of pricing strategies and guidelines. Proficiency in using training software and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters Degree in related field Experience in the HVAC industry or related field Familiarity with the Air Conditioning Division’s products and services. Certification in training or instructional design. #LI-Hybrid #LI-LC1
