Auto Europe is seeking a Senior Pricing & BI Analyst to join our Pricing & Commercial team. This role will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, forecasting tools, and visualizations that help the Pricing & Commercial teams evaluate the impact of price changes and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build interactive dashboards in Power BI to track pricing trends, elasticity, and revenue performance. Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and define key pricing metrics. Work with raw data sources to extract, clean, and structure data for analysis. Implement forecasting models and pricing analytics to improve decision-making. Identify key insights based on data trends. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time updates for dynamic pricing analysis. Work closely with the Pricing and Commercial teams to optimize price strategies and measure the effectiveness of price adjustments. Provide training to stakeholders on how to use BI dashboards effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools. Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets. Experience working with pricing data, revenue forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of pricing strategies, market elasticity, and margin analysis is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience E-commerce Understanding of the Travel/Tourism Industry Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis is a bonus Understanding of price elasticity, margin optimization, and dynamic pricing models
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Computer Science. Equivalent work experience in data modeling, pricing analytics, or BI may be considered.
