As a Commercial Program Manager, you will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects with a heavy focus on data analytics and market research that will ultimately support commercial/pricing decisions and the Marketing and Sales teams. The successful candidate will have the following

Key Accountabilities:

Manage and own the pricing program for all contracted customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive pricing goals
Develop a deep understanding and model of customer economics, competitor capabilities and industry pricing
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial sales, finance, technology, and analytics teams
Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing strategies or processes and drive development with technical and business partners
Craft compelling recommendation docs, launch announcements, and senior leadership updates
Prioritize roadmaps and make trade off decisions in fast-paced changing business environment
Build and own mechanisms for business reporting, auditing, and reviews
Owning change management processes and communications for effective rollout and updates
Responsible for the contract execution process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field is preferred
Candidates will have 5-7 years in a program or commercial project management role
Ability to conceptualize solutions based on commercial needs and processes
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and presenting findings.
Proficient in project, time, and change management.
Strong analytical abilities with knowledge of how to interpret and analyze complex data, troubleshoot issues, and present information supporting conclusions for internal stake holders
Project, time, and management skills
Excellent document organization is a must; this position will be involved in many different projects over both short and long periods of time and will reference past documentation frequently
Experience with CRM, ERP, and/or CLM systems
Advanced Excel knowledge. Knowledge of functional arrays and multi-conditional matching is a plus
Development and delivery of presentations
Willingness for regional travel
Strong interpersonal skills – effectively engages and collaborates across levels and functions in concise, understandable business language
Training experience with a service mentality
