About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Senior Analyst. As a Capital Allocations and Funds Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst within Wells Fargo’s Treasury department, you will be instrumental in aligning business unit activities with Wells Fargo’s overarching financial objectives. Your expertise in capital allocations and FTP will guide product design, pricing, funding strategies, and profitability, ensuring that business decisions are made within the Company’s strategic goals and constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership:

Collaborate with business units to integrate CAFTP methodologies into decision-making processes, influencing product pricing and funding strategies. Provide insights into the impact of FTP on key performance indicators such as Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Return on Equity (RoE), aligning business outcomes with corporate objectives.

Methodology Development & Governance:

Lead the creation and maintenance of FTP and capital allocation methodologies, ensuring they reflect the bank’s strategic priorities and risk appetite. Present FTP insights and recommendations to leadership and business partners, influencing strategic decision-making. Work closely with Finance, Balance Sheet and Interest Risk Management, and Business units to adapt methodologies to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements. Partner with model risk management (MRM) to support model development, documentation, finding remediation, and performance monitoring

Analytical Support & Reporting:

Develop and present analytical reports and dashboards that translate FTP metrics into actionable insights for senior leadership and business units. Monitor and analyze FTP components to identify areas for enhancement, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Capital Allocation Oversight:

Support the development and execution of capital allocation frameworks, ensuring accurate and strategic distribution of capital across business units. Analyze capital usage drivers to influence balance sheet structure and resource allocation decisions.

System Enhancement & Process Automation:

Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements to strengthen FTP methodologies and reporting capabilities. Contribute to the evolution of FTP systems and tools, supporting business agility and transparency.

Governance & Compliance:

Ensure that FTP practices adhere to internal policies and industry best practices. Support internal audits, model validations, and risk reviews to maintain compliance and control standards.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience with FTP and capital allocations Understanding of interest rate and liquidity risk management.
