Work Flexibility:
Remote or Hybrid or Onsite What you will do Provides technical knowledge in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Developing pricing and contracting analyses to understand business problems/scenarios and recommend solutions. You will work closely with the Customer Solutions field teams to develop customer presentations, provide account, and contract performance reporting, and create analytic solutions to support contract negotiations. This is an excellent opportunity to add value as a business partner with our Enterprise Account Management team and join a highly collaborative team with a focus on customer solutions, problem solving, analysis, and most importantly business insights. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing. What you need Required Bachelor’s degree; will consider an additional 6 years of professional experience in lieu of the degree 1+ years of data analysis and reporting experience OR Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline Experience with Excel Preferred Model N, Salesforce, ERP systems such as A/S 400 experience. PowerBI or Tableau experience. Experience supporting an Orthopedic business unit and or portfolio. $60,100 – $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
