This role will serve as akey partner to leadership, sales, and Market Access teams, usingdata-driven insights to drive business outcomes in a complex andrapidly evolving environment. Main Responsibilities

Lead Analytics-Driven Projects:
Overseecross-functional analytics initiatives to improve marketing ROI,customer engagement, and campaign performance.

Strategic Analysisfor Market Access:
Deliver insights that guide strategic businessdecisions, including pricing, access, and go-to-market models.

Business Partnership:
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadershipand field teams, identifying key business questions and deliveringactionable, data-based solutions.

Operational Leadership:
Stepinto leadership roles during high-volume or under-resourcedperiods; manage timelines, vendor partnerships, and analyticalmethodologies.

Analytics & Reporting Optimization:
Driveimprovements in reporting systems and analytical frameworks toalign with evolving strategic goals.

Market Defense & OffenseStrategy:
Develop and support data-driven defense and offensestrategies across the product portfolio, especially duringcompetitive market events.

Innovation & Adaptability:
Explore newdata sources, tools, and methodologies to keep pace with marketshifts and business needs.

Mentorship:
Support and mentor teammembers through onboarding, professional development, and projectdelivery. About You Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years in ananalytics role within Market Access, Pricing, or HEOR—preferablywithin the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or vaccine industries.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation projects andimplementing new systems/applications.
- Strong background in dataanalysis, operational efficiency, and automation.
- Experience withcontract systems and external data sources such as IQVIA isstrongly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complexdata into clear business insights.
- Demonstrated success incross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and vendoroversight.
- Ability to lead and make decisions in high-pressureenvironments with limited information.
- Skilled communicator whocan effectively bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Analytics,Business, or related field).
