Manager of Pricing and Portfolio Management Job Description This role is focused on achieving and exceeding total US Injectable Net Sales and profitability through data-driven strategic recommendations and actionable insights aimed at improving business and product performance. The position involves identifying opportunities and mitigating risks within the product portfolio. Responsibilities Manage a portion of the inline US Injectables product portfolio, working cross-functionally to develop appropriate pricing, contracting, supply strategies, and messaging to maximize sales and profitability. Review and assess customer price requests, considering product strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationships. Prepare analysis and recommend pricing for responses to customer RFPs and bids, accounting for top and bottom-line results and impacts on other customers. Collaboratively develop analytically driven go-to-market strategies and pricing to maximize new product launch sales and margins. Ensure communication across functions to align price changes and assess potential impacts on demand forecasts. Engage in ad hoc activities as deemed appropriate by the company. Essential Skills Pricing and pricing analysis expertise. Strategic planning skills. Experience in Generic Pharmaceuticals, preferably Sterile Injectables. High-level pricing analytics capabilities. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience, preferably in Generic Pharmaceuticals, with Gx Injectables experience highly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to conduct, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative analysis effectively. Possess intellectual horsepower, business acumen, and strategic agility. Strong problem-solving and quality decision-making skills. Capacity to work autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation, organization, and a sense of responsibility for own work. Work Environment The role is based onsite in Berkley Heights four times a week, within a pricing team comprised of five members, including a VP, Manager, and Analysts.
