IPOSITION DESCRIPTION

: Takeda Pharmaceuticals America, Inc. isseeking a Government Pricing Analyst I with the following duties:perform the end-to-end calculation of monthly and quarterlysubmission of product information, pricing information and otherpertinent data to federal agencies, including calculating andreporting the quarterly Best Price (BP), monthly and quarterlyAverage Manufacturers Price (AMP), quarterly Average Sale Price(ASP) and quarterly Public Health Service (PHS). Manage andorganize large amounts of data for pricing calculations; Coordinatewith Commercial Contracts group, Legal, and Internal Audit toensure compliance with the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003, theDeficit Reduction Act of 2007, the Patient Protection andAffordable Care Act, the Health Care and Education ReconciliationAct and the FAA Air Transportation Modernization and SafetyImprovement Act. Keep up to date on all applicable CMS releasesrelating to pricing calculations; Partner with Commercial Contractsto understand current contracting activities; Partner with othersto ensure smooth operation of the GP system; Ensure submission ofpricing information within the statutory time frames – Centers forMedicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state agencies as required bystatute (i.e. NY EPIC) and/or contract (i.e. Texas Supplemental).Communicate pricing results to various government agencies andinternal departments as required by statute or contract.

Investigate and resolve any issues on CMS variance reports. Up to60% remote work allowed.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration or related field, plus 18 months of relatedexperience.

Prior experience must include:

run and analyze customersales data using Salesforce; maintain and optimize datainfrastructure to support data consistency and accessibility; buildand test a CRM data pipeline using data visualization tools;conduct statistical analyses and deliver actionable insights onmarket trends and profit growth opportunities; perform theend-to-end calculation of monthly and quarterly submission ofpricing information and calculate various government prices usingHelix and Flex. Full time. $56,000 – $96,000 per year. Competitivecompensation and benefits.
