Job Description

- Pricing Analyst
- to join their contract and sales operations team.
In this role, you’ll serve as a critical link between sales, contracts, and internal support departments to ensure accurate pricing and efficient deal execution across a specific healthcare region.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales leaders and administrators to submit pricing proposals and Requests for Pricing (RFPs
- Review pricing documentation for accuracy before submission
- Coordinate contract execution with internal teams to ensure proper setup in the ERP system
- Maintain accurate pricing details, including shipping, invoicing, and account settings
- Collaborate with teams such as Accounts Receivable and Customer Service to resolve pricing discrepancies
- Prepare data analyses and pricing recommendations for executive review
- Support process improvement initiatives related to pricing operations
- Uphold compliance with applicable industry and company standards

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, or sales support role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills required; SQL, Power BI, R, or Python
- Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
