Clemens Food Group is looking for a Pricing Manager to drivepricing strategies, optimize margins, and collaborate with seniorsales leadership. This is a high-impact role that directlyinfluences the company’s financial success. Youll manage pricingfor branded and private label products, analyze commodity markets,and enhance our pricing systems. As a leader in pricing operations,you’ll also oversee two Pricing Data Specialists, ensuringefficiency and compliance in our pricing processes. Who You Are Adata-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills andexperience understanding market data. A proactive leader withsupervisory or management experience, skilled at creating anddriving process improvements. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a strongability to anticipate the needs of the business. What Youll DoDevelop and maintain pricing strategies for new and existingproducts, ensuring alignment with margin targets. Analyze commoditymarkets and integrate market trends into pricing decisions. Leadpricing system enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, andpricing accuracy. Oversee pricing team operations, guiding twoPricing Data Specialists in maintaining pricing lists andpromotional activities.
