- Responsibilities for a Deduction Analyst include but are not limited to:
- + Perform collections and research related to pricing disputes, rebates, and deviated pricing (ship & debits/SPA) + Handle customer incentives such as program/marketing allowances + Communicate with customers to resolve disputes via phone and email + Review and update SAP based on dispute resolution feedback and electronic transaction methods (EDI 844/849)
- Candidates for Deduction Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- + 3-5 years of experience in collections, pricing, or rebate/deviated pricing + Experience with SAP AR and Microsoft Excel + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Experience handling incentive programs and familiarity with EDI transaction processing
