POSITION SUMMARY

The Elevate Pricing Director isresponsible for the operational execution of pricing strategies,processes, and reporting for the Elevate brand. This role ensuresthe effective implementation of pricing initiatives, managespricing operations, and drives data-driven decision-making.

Collaborating closely with sales, finance, and analytics teams, theElevate Pricing Director ensures seamless execution of pricingactions that align with broader business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BEDOING

Own the day-to-day execution of pricing operations for theElevate brand, ensuring alignment with overarching pricingstrategies. Manage and develop two direct reports and a total team ofthree. Lead execution of price management and optimization with strongsupport of pricing software. Ensure full compliance with pricing regulations, including SOX,Robinson-Patman Act, and other relevant laws, by establishingcontrols, monitoring adherence, and collaborating with legal andcompliance teams. Work with business stakeholders to improve pricing datagovernance, data quality, and pricing process documentation. Develop a competitive intelligence database and tools that willguide a market-based approach to price adjustments. Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, product, andmarketing teams to ensure smooth execution of pricinginitiatives. Define and implement pricing guidelines and policies. Liaise with purchasing, finance, supply chain, and sales tomanage price over cost. Report on pricing performance during Executive Meetings.

WHAT WEARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relatedfield. 10+ years of experience in pricing or sales operations in B2Bmanufacturing industries, building products preferred. Demonstrated functional leadership and team development. Strong background in pricing execution, data analytics, andpricing process optimization techniques. Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, andlegal teams to ensure effective pricing delivery andcompliance. Proven experience with pricing software, ERP, and CRM systems(e.g., PROS, SAP, Salesforce). Strong problem-solving skills to translate data into actionablepricing recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills toensure cross-functional alignment. Understanding of pricing compliance requirements, includingSOX, Robinson-Patman, and antitrust laws.
