un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Professional Painter (Miami) ‹ image 1 of 4 › compensation: TBD Looking for a professional painter to sand and stain the wooden exterior of our house in Coconut Grove (see photos below). There are two large buildings that are covered in custom-milled mahogany that must be power-washed, sanded and stained (we will provide the stain). You must have a suitable vehicle and all necessary equipment, including scaffolding, and be able to work at least six hours a day, five days a week in order to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. The ideal candidate will live nearby, have 10+ years experience, and be able to carry materials, climb ladders and work long hours outdoors. Please address these requirements in your response.
