We are searching for Certified OR Registered Residential Appraisers to become part of our team. Position:

We’re looking for Appraisers who are ready to be a part of a growing company. The pay is a split fee for providing work and support. The range of pay for this position is $50,000-150,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes in a timely manner and professionally. Evaluate properties to establish current market values in accordance with USPAP. Provide high level of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.
