In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching distressed properties that present investment opportunities. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will help us uncover potential deals in the real estate market. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate and looking to make a significant impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive through pre-defined areas looking for properties showing signs of neglect or vacancy (e.g., overgrown lawns, boarded windows, code violation notices). Log property details using a mobile app (we provide training). Take clear, high-quality photos of properties and surroundings. Accurately document property addresses and observations. Report findings on a weekly basis to the acquisitions team. Communicate regularly with your manager about area coverage and routes.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Smartphone with internet access and ability to use apps. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Good communication and time management skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Familiarity with local neighborhoods is a plus.
