FIELD ASSOCIATE – FRAMINGHAM AREA ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Field Associate to join our team in the Framingham area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 position that focuses on two primary functions: Property Showings and Evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
IDEAL CANDIDATE

Holds a real estate license or property inspection certificate (REQUIRED)Background in real estate showings, property management, home evaluations, or appraisalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailTeam player with a growth mindsetComfortable with frequent local travelProficient with mobile apps and smartphone photographyProfessional demeanor with positive attitude

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Reliable transportationSmartphone capable of running our mobile friendly evaluation tool and taking high-quality photos
