un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Residential property inspections – Kennebec/Knox/Lincoln Counties (Kennebec/Knox/Lincoln) compensation: 1099 payment every two weeks. Looking for independent contractors to complete inspections on a variety of residential properties. Must live in Kennebec/Knox/Lincoln Counties. Our clients are banks and credit unions. Clients issue work orders to us to determine occupancy and to verify whether or not abandoned homes are secured. On the typical work order the contractor will drive to property, snap some exterior photos, complete a brief report in our online app and submit the results. Other times we are asked to validate repairs have been completed for insurance claims and occasionally we complete interior/exterior inspections on vacant foreclosed homes. Payment every other week. This is perfect for individuals that are frequently on the road & are looking for some additional income(retired, amazon, doordash, uber drivers) as well as small handymen/landscapers.
