• Hybrid work SUMMARY – Capital Needs Assessor/Property Condition Assessor Gill Group is currently seeking a Capital Needs Assessor/Property Condition Assessor to join our growing Architectural & Engineering Services team.

As a Capital Needs Assessor, you will complete assessments on multifamily properties throughout the United States. The opportunity to also learn Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Appraisals, Market Studies, and more is also available. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture, engineering, facilities maintenance, or a related field with a 4-year college degree.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience completing and/or managing Capital Needs Assessments/Property Condition Assessment is very desirable.
• BPI certification preferred.
• Candidates must have an understanding of building systems including structural, MEP, roofing, etc.
• Experience with

HUD, REAC, USPCS

inspections is very desirable.

• Experience completing Multifamily Energy Audits is very desirable.
• Candidates must have excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, manage diverse tasks, and work with a team.
• Candidates are expected to have demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction
• Ideal Candidate is a Registered Architect, Licensed Structural or Civil Engineer or Building Inspector.
