⚐ ⚑ ⚑ retreat property caretaker (Weaverville) compensation: negotiable employment type: experience level: mid level job title: caretaker I have a beautiful permaculturey retreat property in Weaverville. I have my home, barn/venue, and a few tiny house / cabin rentals, 3 gardens, hot tub and small pool and a farm cat. Id love to find a caretaker & tenant with some carpentry, handyman, gardening and/ or rental management experience. It’s often not much work, but sometimes there’s big projects that need done. Less to do in the winter for sure. I often travel in the winter and it’s great to have someone overseeing it. In other words, this work is part time and inconsistent. The tinies rent for $700-1100, and I tend to pay $20-40 an hour for work on the property depending on skill level. Can also add a retainer to have your eyes and attention on the property regularly.
