Job Description SPM Residential Services islooking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused Property Review Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll complete scheduled property reviews and provide clear, accurate reports that help our Property Managers maintain high standards for the homes we manage. This is a field-based position that requires a balance of independence, communication, and practical problem-solving. What do we offer? Take photos and document property condition, highlighting any maintenance issues or lease violations (like unauthorized pets or smoking). Perform violation inspections when requested. Install signage at rental properties. Requirements Self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication. Confident using smartphones, iPads, and property management software, will receive monthly cell-phone allowance reimbursement. Professional and respectful when interacting with tenants and owners. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle, will be reimbursed for mileage. Ability to use a 4-foot ladder, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to use a personal cell phone for work.
