Perform Repair & repalcement, Repair roof, maintenance, and clean-up on REO properties. Tasks include lawn care, debris removal, property cleaning, securing windows/doors, and basic repairs. Knowledge of property preservation standards and local codes is a plus. Must have your own transportation and tools.
Requirements:
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of property preservation or willing to learn. Experience in property maintenance or construction a plus, but not required. Must pass a background check.
