Property Preservation Company looking for Property Preservation Contractors in Myrtle Beach, Little River, Murrells Inlet, Conway, Loris areas to service Vacant properties with year-round maintenance needs such as: Securing, Lock Changes, Grass Cuts, Property Inspections, Snow Removal, Cleaning, Trash outs, Winterizations, General Property Repairs and Rehab, and more. Interested applicants must meet the following:
- Must be able to pass background check
- Previous experience in the mortgage field industry and or all previous contracting work
- Own reliable working vehicle(s) and equipment/tools to complete work (computer, smart phone, trailer, mower, ladder, etc.)
- Knowledge of industry picture requirements (before, during, and after’s of all work completed)
- Ability to work independently and follow strict due dates
- Must be organized, detail oriented , and reliable
- Appropriate insurance : General Limited Liability
