Job Description
⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Property Condition Examiner (Nashville) compensation: Pay is $50 per unit inspection per quarter, Handyman work is based on the estimate submitted before work is started. Please help me keep tabs quarterly on the condition of my rental units. You will ensure everything looks ship shape inside and out, giving our tenants peace of mind and our properties in good condition.
CHECK UP DUTIES
Conduct routine check-ups on our rental properties to ensure they’re in top-notch condition. Note any maintenance needs, including photos of the item/area needing repair, use of your smartphone or tablet, cleanliness concerns, or tenant feedback, Take pictures of the outside of the unit, roof and yard Complete the checklist on your cellphone or tablet.
REQUIREMENTS
Be able to pass a 7 year criminal background check. Have dependable transportation. Have a smartphone or tablet (Android or iPhone). Be familiar with the Davidson County, TN area Be able to meet the due dates and work requirements. Communication skills are a must. If interested in maintenance and repairs, below is an additional requirement Have General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance currently in force. Pay is $50 for each unit check up each quarter. We are also looking for a handyman to assist with the repairs occasionally. Handyman’s pay for the repairs is based on the estimate submitted before work is started.
