- We are looking for property preservation/maintenance crew for the following work in Sweetwater, TN. Type of work
- Lock change
- Door, window
- Flooring, siding, skirting,
- Trash out, Maid service
- basic roofing, gutter works
- Tree/shrubs/vines removal/trimming and landscaping.

Requirement:
- Attention to details
- Must have vehicle and smart phone
- Must have or access to all the tools as handyman
- Willing to take tons of photos (before, during and after along with property condition photos)
- Experience in Property Preservation and PPW is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have ABC # (background check) or willing to have one soon.
