Our mission is to provide excellent service to our tenants and and accountability to our clients – the property owners. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure our properties are always in top condition.

Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting inspections of residential properties (move in/move out and periodic checks), overseeing turnover inspections between tenant move-outs and move-ins, and performing minor maintenance repairs. Your role will help ensure that our residential units meet high standards and are ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to identify necessary repairs or improvements. Manage turnover inspections to ensure units are in move-in ready condition between tenant occupancies. Perform minor maintenance repairs, such as patching walls, replacing fixtures, basic plumbing, and electrical work as needed/desired. Document and report inspection findings, tracking any needed repairs or follow-ups. Collaborate with the maintenance team and external vendors to ensure timely completion of larger repair projects. Ensure that properties comply with health and safety standards. Report significant issues to property management leadership promptly.

Qualifications:

Experience in residential property inspections, maintenance, or a related field. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other general repairs. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot property issues. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively. Strong communication and documentation skills.
