This role is essential in ensuring that our operations adhere to environmental regulations and standards set forth by agencies such as the EPA and OSHA. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of compliance management, and the ability to assess environmental risks effectively. This position plays a critical role in promoting sustainable practices within our organization. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including those established by the EPA and OSHA. Conduct regular audits and assessments of company practices to identify areas for improvement in environmental compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance management systems to track regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory agencies. Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related issues, including CPR, first aid, and vital signs monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in environmental stewardship. Stay updated on changes in legislation related to environmental health and safety. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in compliance management within an environmental context. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EPA standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
