- Third Party Risk is a global, first line team within the TTS Operational Risk & Control group at Bank and is responsible for developing, implementing firmwide programs, and overseeing the risks associated with the use of third parties and inter-affiliates.
- The team is also responsible for providing front to back connectivity to ensure third-party risk activities operate within Risk Appetite.
- The successful candidate will require a comprehensive understanding of third-party risk lifecycle management concepts with specific emphasis on Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) and Agent Banks.
- As a Third-Party Risk Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Third-Party Management Policy across TTS.
- You will focus on implementing supplier level risk assessments and be required to execute various high visibility cross-functional projects by managing within the project plan and working with key partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Third-Party Management Policy and across TTS.
- Drive the completion of third-party risk assessments partnering with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and internal functions.
- Data validation with TPM systems and remediation of discrepancies.
- Support project milestones and ensure local inventory is correct.
- Submission and tracking of business leveraged controls, including incremental third party control support.
- Contract data review, validation and manual migration to central system.
- Promote and deliver continuous training and awareness of the program to the TTS Business.
- Identify, monitor, track and escalate issues requiring remediation.
- Ensure the program expectations are met and exceeded including risk assessments being performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build and maintaining an excellent relationship with TTS Business Activity Owners (BAOs), Enterprise Third Party Management, Operational Risk Management and other stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and submitting timely Governance updates on progress against plan, key issues identified and escalating accordingly.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Third-Party Management, with knowledge of assessing third party risk and associated control requirements within a global financial services organization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, change management, governance, and technology within regulated and complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with and influence management and lines of defense partners, as part of a global team and independently.
- Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities through the effective use of time management and organizational techniques.
- Strong data analysis skills and high level of attention to details
