Contract Position Overview:
This role is responsible for assessing, managing, and reporting on supplier resiliency risks. The primary objective is to complete 100% of in-scope Organizational Resilience Questionnaires (ORQs) annually, ensuring supplier continuity and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct supplier resiliency assessments focusing on business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management Coordinate and manage assessment workflows to ensure timely completion Provide high-quality customer service to suppliers, ensuring compliance and responsiveness Identify, monitor, escalate, and report supplier resiliency risks to senior leadership Respond to inquiries received via the supplier resilience mailbox Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and onboarding resources
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years in third-party risk management, business continuity, enterprise resilience, or a related risk management field Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to support crisis management efforts related to supplier continuity Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources High level of customer service orientation and business impact awareness Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools such as Fusion Risk Management and Archer By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
