The successful candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our credit unions assets by proactively preventing losses and ensuring the security of our members financial accounts and loans. We are searching for someone who will: Track and monitor illegal transactions on members’ financial accounts and loans. Involved in third-party relationships and ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies. Assist members in reporting fraud incidents and provide support throughout the resolution process. Review, investigate, and respond to suspicious and fraudulent debit/credit card, check, electronic, new account transactions, and transfers. Respond appropriately to all internal and external reports of suspicious activity and resolve member issues in a timely manner and notify them of resolution.
