About This Opportunity The Vendor Risk Management (VRM) team engages with the business to assess risk of its supplier portfolio driving consistency, quality, and transparency. VRM will further help mature the global VRM program to incorporate risk assessment requirements for outsourcing activities. Our focus will be to create one centrally designed and managed framework and process to support the business in gaining regulatory compliance, transparency on their position and drive risk management while remaining agile during onboarding and ongoing monitoring of their third-party outsourcing portfolios. Responsibilities The Analyst II, Vendor Risk collaborates with vendor relationship owners to ensure third parties are assessed and documented appropriately following corporate guidance, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. The Analyst II, Vendor Risk is expected to adhere to VRM policies and procedures to accomplish assignments, understand VRM requirements protecting the organization, and work directly with vendor relationship owners and team members to minimize risks.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Work with vendor relationship owners to update information in the VRM toolset Perform pre-contract due diligence review and post-contract ongoing monitoring activities based on specific third-party risk profile, country, and business requirements Ensure timely completion and updates to third-party related risk information, and track outstanding items for follow-up Monitor reports to ensure third-party management policy required pre-contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring is carried out by the responsible parties Facilitate and coordinate with, and provide hands-on support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in areas such as Data Privacy, Information Security, and Business Continuity, and Compliance to complete required due diligence activities Implement vendor risk monitoring where required Respond to vendor risk management questions via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams in a timely manner Qualifications Experience in risk management, financial services, or related fields A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services and 1 – 2 years within risk management or vendor risk management, including evaluating threats to an organization, identifying compensating controls, completing risk assessments, and reporting to management Strong interpersonal skills Visible analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and efficiently Ability to comfortably interact and communicate with peers and team members Proficient in Office365 tools and applications InComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. •This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program
