We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice Presidentto join our Counterparty Credit Data team. This role is located inPittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL in a Hybrid work environment.

About the team: The Counterparty Credit Risk Data and Controls teamis a team of investigators, problem-solvers, and data expertswithin DART (Data, Analytics, Reporting and Transformation) in ourRisk and Compliance function. On a daily basis, we develop, manage,and produce reports, work closely with our partners in CounterpartyCredit, Risk Modeling, Technology, and Operations. From thesereports, we will validate key metrics; investigate issues; andcoordinate resolution. In this role, you will: Develop a deepunderstanding of our end to end Counterparty Credit Risk reportingprocess by performing daily reporting functions such as qualitycontrol checks, diagnosing reporting issues, and coordinatingresolution This role will become a SME and key support for the newUS Fed Weekly Counterparty Credit Risk report Work closely with ourpartners in Counterparty Credit Risk to review reports and keymetrics, generate key materials for various committees meetings andpresentations Using your knowledge in Counterparty Credit Risk,identify gaps in our current process and help build and designresolution to address these gaps Provide business requirements tobe implemented by Technology Participate in our risk enginemigration testing Partner with the business to help them achievetheir objectives within the Risk Appetite of the firm. Assist To besuccessful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 3 years ofexperience in credit risk, front office, or 1LOD risk preferred,Background in math, statistics, finance, economics, riskmanagement, , or a similar field preferred. Broad understanding ofmajor financial instruments, mainly counterparty credit, andassociated risks. Take initiative to investigate problemsindependently and take ownership of outcomes Highly detailoriented, organized, and analytical. Must be able to ensure reportsare professional and sharp Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, including the ability to translate businessneeds to clear and concrete requirements for Technology toimplement At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
