(Software Development, IT Support, Cloud, Architecture, etc. ).•+ This Senior Technology Risk Consultant will partner with the client’s broader Core Technology & Operations Advisor Team and align with the Core Technology business unit to: influence, advise and challenge actions which support risk identification, risk escalation and risk remediation. + This Senior Technology Risk Consultant will work with the aligned Core Technology & Operations team to properly document identified risks, develop remediation plans, monitor risk remediation, and document closure to assure successful validation/closure. + The Senior Technology Risk Consultant will: + Work with the aligned Core Technology & Operations team to properly document identified risks, develop remediation plans, monitor risk + remediation, and document closure to assure successful validation/closure. + Review materials and prepare the team to participate in working groups and committee meetings (Enterprise Technology and Operations Risk + Committee, Regulatory Continuous Monitoring, etc. ). + Establish and maintain working relationships with line of business leaders and second line/third line of defense risk partners. + Evaluate control weakness or key indicators exceeding risk limits and perform root cause analysis. + Identify and monitor risk governance exceptions, issues, controls, and assessments across the aligned core technology capability area to develop an aggregate risk view. + Communicate and present materials in various forums. + Prepare for and coordinate regulatory exams and audits and associated responses. + Promote, influence and challenge risk management expectations. + Provide appropriate training and awareness to promote positive risk culture. + Provide regular reporting to drive awareness of holistic risk exposure. + Bachelor’s degree or other Advanced and Relevant degree in Business, Finance Science. + 8+ years of risk management experience in financial services or related field. + Proven experience in RISK roles (Advisor, Validation, Audit) for

TECHNOLOGY

(Software Development, IT Support, Cloud, Architecture, etc). Risk for Technology experience is required. + Ability and Willingness to commute to the Client Site 4 (four) days per week in the Charlotte, NC area (zip code 28202). + Proven experience with formal documentation or writing skills + Broad risk and regulatory knowledge with an emphasis on: Technology, Credit, Market, Liquidity, Compliance, Operational, Reputation and Strategic Risks. + Demonstrated experience in formal risk roles (e. . , Business Unit Risk Management, Technology Risk Oversight, Audit) + Audit and/or Compliance experience + Foundational experience in one or more core technology disciplines + Proficiency and knowledge in
