EisnerAmper is seeking an Internal Audit & RiskConsulting Senior that will perform tasks that focus on full-cycleinternal audit engagements, including overseeing and conductingresearch & client assessments, as well as preparing, completing,and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client engagements tomeet the Firm’s strategic goals and initiatives. Will receiveassignments that further their knowledge of the job function withina public accounting firm. The position involves providing oversightto consulting staff and interns.

Note:

this is a hybrid role, whichwould require an occasional travel/commute to either an EA officeor a client site.

Responsible For:

Under direct supervision, plans, performs and reports onoutsourced and/or co-sourced Internal Audit and/or InformationTechnology audits. Communicates results to appropriate management, including thepreparation of audit reports that communicate audit results tomanagement in a clear, concise and substantive manner. Performs comprehensive risk assessments and adjusts work plansbased on the results of the assessments. Plans, prepares, directs and completes assigned tasks in anefficient manner and within allotted timeframes. Monitors workload to meet billable hour expectations andperforms timely reviews of work products prior to submission toDirector/Associate/Manager for further review. Documents procedures performed, findings and/or other issues,and drafts/compiles work papers, reports and client correspondenceexhibiting effective writing skills. Prepares for relevant certification exams until completed andmaintains the required CPE for firm and licensingrequirements. Serves as one of the firm’s prime contacts with clients andprospects. Builds and maintains trusted relationships with diverse groupof clients, team members, managers, and subject matterexperts. Provides leadership and facilitates collaboration amongst teammembers, including providing timely performance feedback. Serves as a leader in the practice internally and externally,and effectively takes advantage of leadership opportunities. May be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travelto/work from different firm offices and/or client locations.

BasicQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or an approvedrelated field is required. 3+ years of experience in the fields of Internal Audit orAssurance Must have or be in the process of achieving one of thefollowing internal audit certifications:

CPA orCIAPreferred/Desired Qualifications:

One or more of the following Information Technology auditingcertifications: CISA or CFE. Must demonstrate critical thinking and project management skillcapabilities. General knowledge of organizational and business functions toallow for completion of assigned Internal Audit and/or IT Audittasks. Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain thehighest level of confidentiality. Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbalcommunication skills in business and technical environments.

Professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse groupof individuals. Must be technically proficient with the capability ofperforming at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to theMicrosoft Office Suite of products or similar softwareapplications.
