Clinical Risk Specialist – ACCS ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community. The Clinical Risk Specialist works with ACCS Teams within the area to provide assessment, risk planning, and program consultation for risk management and engagement of Person’s with history of risk and/or legal histories. This position will guide staff through training and modeling to assist them to learn and implement effective interventions leading to self-management by Persons engaged in services and safe and appropriate crisis response by staff. This position will serve as a liaison between community providers, jails, and probation departments and the ACCS teams.

$74,999.80/salaried

Required Experience + Masters degree with at least 3-5 years of related experience required. + Must have demonstrated high-level skills in clinical assessment and treatment of individuals with mental illness including proficiency in clinical risk assessment and associated treatment; psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services; cognitive and behavioral treatment.
