• Hybrid work Epiq is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Operations Analyst who will work onsite (in office, with Friday’s working from home) with a key client in Charlotte, NC .

This is a limited duration (project based) position paid on a W2 basis estimated to last three months with potential extension.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years of risk management operations / administrative experience
• 5+ years operations experience
• Experience driving risk assessments or risk management a plus, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of or exposure to insurance industry a plus
• Detail oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment Responsibilities
• Distribute annual third-party risk management questionnaires to company partner law firms for annual recertification
• Interface with the firms directly to follow up and answer any questions
• Collect and organize completed questionnaires
• Route questionnaires to company procurement for legal review What we are offering: Pay rate: $28+ per hour commensurate with experience

Schedule:

40 hours per week (8 hours a day, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm EST).
