Advise leadership to develop or influence credit and portfolio strategies for highly complex business and technical needsLead the strategy and resolution of high complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activitiesMonitor, assess, and report on asset quality, portfolio trends, and credit policy exception trendsProvide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide strategiesApply line of business and subject matter expertise to serve as a consultant and resource regarding credit, credit portfolio, and risk strategiesEngage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterpriseServe as an expert advisor to leadership on issues associated with or affected by Credit Portfolio Consulting functional areaIdentify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional areaParticipate in developing strategic priorities to ensure credit risk is within risk appetite, manage inter-dependencies, and execute on actions required to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
